Free delivery:

The Free delivery option is available on all orders over £20 shipped to a UK address.

We use Royal Mail Second Class post for our Free delivery service. As the package will not normally fit through a standard letter box you will need to be there to accept it. If Royal Mail are unable to make the delivery, a card will be left, giving information on how to collect the parcel from the local sorting office or a re-delivery can be arranged. Normally goods are delivered within 5 to 7 working days of your order, but this is not guaranteed. Please be aware that in extreme cases delivery can take up to 14 days. If after 14 days your order has not arrived please contact us using our contact form.

First Class Post delivery: £2.95

We also offer a 1st class Royal Mail service for orders within the UK. Delivery will usually be made within 1 - 3 working days from the order date. This is charged at £1.99. Please note these delivery times are estimates only and in extreme cases delivery can take up to 14 days from date of order.

Please note: We reserve the right to use a courier instead of Royal Mail should your order be too heavy for Royal Mail’s First Class service at no extra cost to you the customer.

Next Working Day delivery: £5.95

A "working day" is classed as a week day, Monday – Friday. This service does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or Bank Holidays.

Business Post / Special delivery Next Working Day Deliveries – UK Mainland ONLY

We can arrange for your goods to be delivered to you the next working day for a set fee of £5.95. You MUST have placed your order BEFORE 12.00pm (noon - UK Local time) for the goods to reach you the next working day.

Orders that include items for personalisation are not eligible for guaranteed next day delivery. We will make every effort to fulfil the order on a next working day service but during busy periods your order may be delayed by a day.

Orders placed after 2.00pm will be dispatched the next working day.

An order placed Friday morning will reach you during the working day on Monday for example, but an order placed after noon on Friday would not be dispatched until the following Monday and then delivered on Tuesday. Deliveries will arrive between 9.00 and 5.30 on Mondays thru to Fridays. If you have a special delivery requirement, i.e. Saturday deliveries or before lunch on a weekday this can be arranged. Please place your order through the office on 0800 131 3579 and we will let you know how much it will cost

European Orders: £10.00

All orders to European countries are £10.00 regardless of size.

Rest of the World Orders: £17.50

A flat fee of £17.50 is charged on all orders to an address outside of Europe.

Returns

If you have cause to return any goods purchased from the site, please send goods to the address below with the returns slip that accompanied your order or a covering letter .

Please note:

That you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or if the item is faulty. As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the items normal postage charge we cannot refund any priority, express or courier component of the postage charge.
